Pinewood Derby

Friday, January 29th

Registration/Inspection Times:
Webelos: 6:00 pm am to 6:15pm
Bears: 6:15pm to 6:30pm
Wolves: 6:30 pm to 6:45 am
Tigers: 6:30 am to 6:45 am
(each car must be weighted before registration.  If over weight you will have
ONE chance to get car underweight)

November Camping Trip

When: Friday, November 13th thru Saturday 14th

Time: 5:00 to before noon on the 14th

Family camping

Boys can only attend with their family

Camping Agenda:

  • Day 1 - Friday, November 13th

5:00-6:00 p.m.       Arrive at campsite; set up tents and bedding; free time

6:00-6:30 p.m.       Opening ceremony and review ground rules

6:30-8:00 p.m.       Picnic Supper - Bring your own sack lunch

8:00-9:30 p.m.       Campfire songs, stories and devotional

(Each den will prepare a skit, song, or cheer)

9:30-10:00 p.m.     Clean-up and lights out

  • Day 2 - Saturday, November 14th

7:00-8:00 a.m.       Pack up bedding and tents

8:00-9:00 a.m.       Prepare and eat breakfast, clean-up

9:00-11:00 a.m.     Group outdoor activity - Hiking

11:00 a.m.             Break camp

Parents and Leaders meeting

Wendy Buxton requests that the Leaders and interested parent meet on September 1st at 6:30. We will meet at the Jourdan Crossing building (our den meeting location).

We will be discussing our plans for this year. Please come with your ideas.
